Your Route Towards a CSCS Green Card
Looking to start work as a labourer on a construction site? You may need a CSCS Green Card, officially known as the CSCS Labourer Card.
For a Labourer Card application, CSCS requires applicants to hold an accepted qualification, such as the Level 1 Award in Health and Safety in a Construction Environment, as well as passing the appropriate CITB Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) test.
Our CSCS Green Card course provides the online training and preparation needed before taking the accredited Level 1 examination.
We offer two options, allowing you to choose between online training only or online training together with an invigilated accredited examination.

IMPORTANT CSCS INFORMATION
Understanding the CSCS Green Card Requirements
Our training provides preparation for the Level 1 Health & Safety in a Construction Environment accredited examination.
The accredited examination must be successfully completed before the relevant certification can be issued.
For a CSCS Labourer Card application, CSCS requires an accepted qualification such as the Level 1 Award in Health and Safety in a Construction Environment. Applicants must also pass the appropriate CITB Health, Safety and Environment test, unless an approved alternative applies.
FMSCS does not issue CSCS cards. Once you have met the relevant requirements, the CSCS card application is made separately through CSCS.
The first Labourer Card is currently valid for two years. Workers who continue in labouring roles can subsequently renew for five years, subject to the relevant requirements.
